I just wanna say congrats to alot of you. This roleplay thing was a beta testing that i wasn't sure was gonna take off. i was fearing with everyone never being on time and active we would have complications that made this a failure. But the results were mostly posititive and i'm happy to tell you we will be continuing the project. However, before more people join in on the fun, I believe it's time we set some ground rules here that has caused a few problems. These rules apply to all factions, Faction leaders and Operatives.

before i list them i'm pointing out we are still using improvision as key. All missions, sideops, and event's intial plan (unless failed) will stay on mission topic, All outcomes are not subjected to stay the same.

How do you fail a mission?
-Failure to meet objective goaline. no retires
-Counter Measured in legit terms can result of a failure
-Death, heavy wounded result in instant failure.
-Being captured by NPC result in failure.
-Being captured by event's antagonist result in instant failure
-Letting Slippy toad drive you into a volcano of doom result in instant failure



1). No Reflex Mode.
- What is this? Normally this is a Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain Reference where the player is given 5-20 seconds a chance of slow motion to avoid detection. Here it referes to the Act of Chain countering someone's actions to keep yourself above priority and gives you the advantage. You are allowed to counter someone once in an event (including a string of relevant missions and events) if:

-The Counter cannot be completely blind, the victum must have some knowledge that it's possible they can be countered. "40-40 Rule"
-The Counter method needs to be developed before hand and completely planned.Not improvised and not afterwards when the victim has already set in motion their plan. If your plan fails and you had no 100% planned method. your mission is a failure. move on.
-The Counter must be possible to do Research on. This prevents members conjuring something out of the blue for the sake of keeping the story running. I'm not saying put all your cards on the table but your cards have to EXIST in the deck to begin with.

40-40 Rule: 40% Knowledgable, 40% Hidden (20% need to know basis) about your Counter plan.

2). No Chicken Hat.
What is this? Normally again a reference ing MGSV where the player can wear a chicken hat in game and avoids detection all together. Here it refers to Godmodding.
Acts of Goddmodding include:

Reflex Mode. Plain and simple.

Developing Role development that makes you above everyone else.

3). Taking over an event, Mission or side ops without permission is prohibited.

4). Rules are subjected to change at any time.

5). POS Rule. Meaning Procure on site. This basically means if it's not in your inventory, you do not have it. if you did not craft it, discovered it and documented with validation on how and when, you dont have it. This applies to weapons,equipment, items, abilities, and etc. if you dont have it. you cannot rp with it.

Can there be a rule where I'm above the laws of morality? I have a lot of human experiments I need to get done and people keep telling me it's "wrong" and "immoral" or some crap like that. I don't know what either of those words mean and it confuses me.

But on a serious matter, I like these new rules.

Question..i cant really "die" technically.. considering i am you know..the Demon Queen..when i die..my soul goes to underworld..but i cant say i am "invincible" so would that..conflict anything? i Can Technically "die" i 'm just never...DEAD..i resurrect an hour or so later..
